Permanent ~170 m² mural on the gable wall at rue Kloster / rue de Civray. Up to three finalists get a site visit and up to €1,500 TTC each for a design (due 22 Jan 2027); the winner gets a realisation budget of up to €40,000 TTC (30% advance; city pays scaffolding/lift). Theme: the town's identity, mining memory, landscape and future. Painting in spring 2027, finished before summer 2027. Finalist designs go to a public social-media vote (30% of artistic score).

Artist-authors, visual-arts professionals or collectives; portfolio must include at least one outdoor mural completed in the last ten years; must be able to invoice (SIRET or equivalent), hold professional liability insurance and supply French tax/URSSAF certificates.
