Anderson Center at Tower View
The Anderson Center at Tower View, an interdisciplinary artist community founded in 1995 on a 350-acre historic estate near Minneapolis–St. Paul, hosts about 35–40 residents a year from across the US and abroad. The 2027 general residency has one deadline for all open spots; the organiser publishes availability per month so applicants can judge their chances.

Two- or four-week residencies in May, June, July, August or October 2027 in the historic Tower View residence: a private room, a 15' x 26' studio for visual artists, printmaking and forge facilities, dance practice space, two grand pianos, chef-prepared dinners and groceries, in a cohort of about five artists. There is no charge for the residency; residents give at least one community engagement activity in Red Wing. Airport transport is provided on arrival and departure days.

Open to early career, mid-career and established visual artists, writers, composers, choreographers, multidisciplinary artists, musicians, performance artists, scholars and translators from across the globe. Collaborators each submit their own application. Prior residents must wait one year after their residency before applying again.
