For learners rather than experts: makers, craftspeople, librarians and practitioners who want new skills. Applicants must be legal residents of an EU member state, a Horizon Europe associated country, or a pilot country (Ghana, South Africa, Indonesia, the Philippines, Chile). Participants attend a two-day in-person meet-up, then run a local knowledge-sharing activity for at least six people within a month of returning, and submit a short report.
