Professional artists of any discipline (live performance especially welcome) with a recognised art training or professional record, creation and shown work within the last five years in labelled venues or equivalent networks, a legal status (intermittent worker, self-employed, artists' house) and no full-time job outside art. Artists must show a clean criminal record.
