A grant of ¥200,000 to ¥1,000,000 per project, covering the difference between planned income and expenses of the exhibition itself (venue, travel, fees, promotion, printing); about 30–40 projects and ¥30 million in total are planned. Other grants and sponsorship may be combined. Paid before the month of the event.

Individual artists and small arts groups (about 10 members or fewer) who organise an exhibition or performance held in person in Japan between April 2027 and March 2028. The organiser must be 40 or under on 1 April 2027 (for a group, its representative). Taking part only in someone else's show does not qualify. Individuals must supply a certificate of residence and a recommendation letter from an independent third party. Past grantees may not re-apply with the same theme.
