The Taichung Art Museum and Taichung Public Library form Taiwan's first combined museum-library; this residency invites creators to work between the two institutions' knowledge systems.

No nationality or age restriction. At least 5 years of experience publicly presenting work. Visual and performing arts, sound, music, literature, moving image, and cross-disciplinary humanities research. Students may not apply mainly for degree requirements. One project (individual or group) is selected.
