The National Culture and Arts Foundation's International Cultural Exchange (Outbound) grant helps Taiwanese artists and groups take part in major events abroad.

Grants for participation abroad in major international exhibitions, performances, conferences, festivals, competitions and selections by international institutions (including residencies), with priority to projects that build international networks and visibility. Funded activities start from 1 January 2027.

Artists who are citizens of the Republic of China (Taiwan) or foreign holders of a permanent residence permit, and private legal persons, institutions or groups registered with the ROC government, working in literature, visual arts, music, dance, theatre, audiovisual media arts, cultural heritage or arts environment. Government bodies, political parties, schools and degree projects are excluded; the applicant must carry out the project. Six rounds a year; this is round 6 of 2026.
