At least three projects are selected. Each gets development funding of €5,000 to develop the idea, hands-on guidance from Arcadia in shaping a strong project plan and a feasible budget, support in finding a partner from culture, education, healthcare, welfare, government or business, and the chance to grow into a full part of the Arcadia 2028 programme.

Professional artists, designers and makers aged 25 to 35, alone or as a collective, working at national or international level, in any art or design discipline (visual art, performing arts, music, architecture, literature, film, digital art, design), including multi- and interdisciplinary work. The idea should show a hopeful future for Fryslân (or anything of the maker's choice) for the new generation.
