Two kinds of project qualify. Tours: in Africa, at least five pre-booked dates in a minimum of three different countries; in Europe, at least three pre-booked dates in one or more countries. Programming within major events: a festival or event in Africa or Europe hosting at least three artistic teams from three different African countries.
