Strathmore is an arts centre in North Bethesda, Maryland; its annual juried exhibition in the historic Mansion is themed each year — for 2027, “Fusion”, work that mixes materials, genres and ideas.

Accepted works are shown in the Mansion at Strathmore, 23 January – 27 February 2027, with an opening reception on 4 February. Jurors: Adah Rose Bitterbaum and Lesley Morris. Works are for sale (40% commission).

Artists from within the DMV region and beyond are encouraged to apply. Original work combining multiple mediums, abstract or representational: drawing, painting, mixed media, assemblage, sculpture and everything in between. Any AI generated/enhanced work will not be accepted; work previously exhibited or for sale at Strathmore is not eligible.
