A total of €890,000 is available. Each project receives €60,000–€120,000, covering 70% to 95% of its eligible costs, for 9–12 months of work starting around 1 April 2027. Supported projects join the Ortaklaşa mentorship programme (at least 15 sessions on cultural policy and management) and the Ortaklaşa Community, and gain links to European cultural networks through Culture Action Europe. Fundable activities include joint curation and artistic production, artist residencies and mobility, exchange and study visits, participatory local cultural policy, fair-pay advocacy and transforming cultural spaces.

Organisations only. The lead applicant must be a non-profit, culture-oriented civil society organisation (association, foundation or non-profit cooperative) established in Türkiye, with arts and culture as its main statutory field and project experience in it. Applications must establish a consortium of four institutions: the lead CSO from Türkiye, a co-applicant culture CSO from an EU member state or candidate country (Albania, Iceland, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo or Serbia), and two municipal associates — one from Türkiye and one from an EU member state or candidate country. A CSO may lead only one application per call.
