Grants of €1,500 to €5,000 (from a €45,000 annual budget) for single concerts, concert series, other event formats and festivals in all pop genres — hip-hop, metal, reggae, techno, blues and their subgenres — especially programmes off the mainstream, decided administratively with advice from Feierwerk’s Fachstelle Pop, usually within a month.

Organisers based in Munich — musicians, cultural associations, collectives, DJs or professional pop promoters, with or without their own venue — planning concerts, series, other formats or festivals in smaller venues (max. 800 capacity; open air max. 1,500 visitors a day) in Munich, involving Munich music makers. Institutionally funded organisations are not eligible. People of all genders are explicitly invited; programmes below about 50% FINTA* participation need a justification.
