The Danish Arts Foundation's Committee for Visual Art gives working grants to highly qualified and talented visual artists so they can develop their practice, valuing artistic freedom, diversity and experiment.

The committee judges originality, the interplay of idea and expression, and the work's ability to resonate, and wants to support experimental approaches.

Visual artists. Members of an artist group each submit their own application; artists with a sole proprietorship may apply with their CVR number. Recipients of a three-year grant cannot apply to the Committee for Visual Art during those three years. Applications through the Tilskudsportalen (MitID or CPR/CVR login); foreign applicants without MitID can be paid to a foreign account. The committee decides the amount, including whether to award a three-year working grant; answers within 12 weeks of the deadline.
