Open worldwide to amateur and professional photographers, in any photographic process, provided the work is two-dimensional and monochrome — black and white, sepia or any single-colour variation. Images previously selected for an NYC4PA prize within the past two years are not eligible. Entry is through SmarterEntry as JPGs of roughly 1 MB.
