The works join the State of Illinois permanent collection.

Professional artists, artisans or artist-led teams who live and work in Illinois. WIU faculty and staff are not eligible. Existing 2D works or 3D works suitable for hanging, up to 5 × 7 ft, projecting no more than 4 inches from the wall; any medium, abstract or non-objective work preferred.
