Arts and culture organisations registered in Creative Europe countries (for Ukraine, in territories under the effective control of the Ukrainian government). A lead applicant with at least two partner organisations from at least two countries, one of which is Ukraine. All creative and cultural sectors are eligible except audiovisual.
