Selected artists get a dedicated container space, can sell work with no commission taken by the festival, and are included in the official programme and publications, with talks and networking events around the exhibition. The 2027 theme, «Vibrance – The Pulse of a Living World», asks for work on energy in its many forms, from the intimate to the collective.

Open to photographers, artists and visual storytellers worldwide aged 16 and over, at any level of experience. Three tracks exist: Projects – International for photographic series, Single Image – International for individual works shown as large-scale outdoor installations, and Dutch Talent Project Grants with Amarte Fonds for emerging photographers based in the Netherlands. Selection looks at artistic strength, originality, conceptual depth, fit with the theme and suitability for public space.
