The Municipality of Berazategui's annual national salon, held to mark the district's autonomy; the 16th edition is dedicated to painting and builds the municipal collection through acquisition prizes.

Prizes decided by the jury among selected works: 1st prize ARS 1,500,000 (acquisition), 2nd prize ARS 1,000,000 (acquisition), two mentions of ARS 150,000 (non-acquisition). Selected works are shown at Complejo Cultural Municipal El Patio from 11 December 2026 to 25 January 2027.

Argentine visual artists or foreigners with at least 2 years of residence in Argentina, of legal age; one work per participant. Painting only (collage and relief allowed on the picture plane, up to 10 cm deep), free theme and technique; original, not awarded in other competitions, made within the last 2 years. Size 80–120 cm wide and up to 180 cm high including frame. Works by deceased artists, staff, copies, works selected in earlier editions and relatives of staff or jury are excluded.
