The National Culture and Arts Foundation's Visual Arts Curatorial Projects programme has funded research-driven exhibitions by Taiwanese curators since 2004.

Residency Research and Exhibition Plan: up to NT$400,000 per curator for a first-stage residency research project; grantees then propose, with a Taiwanese team, a second-stage exhibition plan by the end of October 2027. Exhibition Plan: up to three high-quality exhibition projects in Taiwan or abroad receive up to NT$4 million each.

Curators and curatorial teams based in Taiwan (the call is for 國內策展人 — domestic curators — working with Taiwanese exhibition teams). Two strands: a residency research plan in a city or institution in Taiwan or abroad, and an exhibition plan for presentation in Taiwan or abroad.
