A commission to paint a 50 × 17 ft exterior mural on corrugated metal siding facing a busy street, marking twenty years of the Manhattan–Dobřichovice partner-city relationship. $12,000 all-inclusive (design, prep, paint, travel, lodging), a free on-site lift, +$1,000 travel bonus for a Czech-resident artist, and $200 for each finalist's concept. Completion by 1 May 2028.

Designs must reflect Dobřichovice and Czech culture or weave together the spirit, landscapes and civic identity of Manhattan (Kansas) and Dobřichovice.
