Creative New Zealand's fund for artists and arts organisations taking New Zealand work to international festivals, markets, residencies and venues, and for presenters bringing it there. It runs in two stages: an Expression of Interest reviewed by staff, then a full application for those who meet the criteria. Round 2 of the 2026/27 cycle closes on 3 December 2026.

Up to NZ$25,000 towards participation in an international opportunity — international travel and freight, marketing and promotion, and travel, accommodation and hosting for international presenters to view New Zealand work off-shore. Requests up to $5,000 are assessed by Creative New Zealand staff and may be decided sooner; the funded activity must start within six months of notification.

Artists and practitioners who are New Zealand citizens or Permanent Residents, New Zealand-based arts organisations and groups, and international presenters, arts organisations and cultural agencies with a confirmed opportunity for New Zealand artists. Artists must have a current international strategy and be internationally ready; for amounts over $5,000 they must have received an offer or invitation to an international opportunity. Applicants cannot be funded for the same opportunity through another Creative New Zealand fund or a partner organisation.
