The Fish Factory Creative Centre in Stöðvarfjörður, East Iceland offers a month-long residency in a remote fjordside setting — a converted fish factory with shared studio space for artists of all disciplines.
Benefits
A month in a former fish factory in East Iceland: a private bedroom in shared artist housing, access to the workshops and facilities, internet, airport pickup and drop-off from Egilsstaðir and weekly shopping trips.
Eligibility
Artists and creative practitioners of any discipline and nationality (musicians apply to the separate music residency). A 50,000 ISK confirmation fee is due within 7 days of an invitation; the rest 12 weeks before arrival.
