Open to professional artists, collaborative teams and designers, including those with public art experience. Each entrant picks a historically overlooked artist working between 1700 and 1970 and makes new work in response to that legacy; the submission includes a statement of 50–100 words naming the forgotten artist, giving historical context and explaining how the research shaped the work. Entry is through Submittable.
