Exhibition at SebArts, 9 January – 14 February 2027, co-sponsored by the Pastel Society of the West Coast. Juror: Dug Waggoner, pastel painter, Master Circle of the International Association of Pastel Societies and 2023 Pastel Laureate of the PSWC. Awards: Best of Show $400 (sponsored by the PSWC), first $300, second $200, third $100 and two coordinator awards of $50. Artists receive 60% of sales.

Open to artists worldwide. Works must be in soft pastel — no oil pastels; the final surface must be at least 80% soft pastel. All subjects and genres, from realism to abstraction. Work must be original, based on the artist's own references, produced in the last 4 years and not previously shown in the SebArts Gallery; framed under glass, wired, up to 4 feet wide.
