Artists in the US working in the visual arts, digital and electronic arts, video/film or choreography — generative artists, not performers of someone else's work. Average adjusted gross income for the last two filed tax years must be no greater than $80,000 ($160,000 for joint filers). Cycle 39 covers emergencies occurring on or after 1 April 2026.
