Dance Digital is Sadler's Wells' festival of dance on screen, now in its second edition. It celebrates dance filmmaking from around the world with screenings, talks, mentoring and XR installations, and gives selected films a curated online release on the Digital Stage platform.

Selected films screen at Dance Digital, 12–14 November 2027 in the Lilian Baylis Studio at Sadler's Wells, London, alongside networking sessions, mentoring with industry experts, VR/XR installations and talks. All selected films are considered for seven awards — best dance on screen, documentary / behind-the-scenes, young artists, made for social media, cinematography, choreography and score — and a curated selection gets a limited-time release on Sadler's Wells Digital Stage.

Open internationally to dance artists and filmmakers of all styles aged 18+ (the young people's category is for artists aged 16–21). Films must feature dance, choreography or movement. Categories: short dance on screen (max. 25 minutes), short documentary or behind-the-scenes (max. 25 minutes), feature (over 25 and up to 70 minutes), films by young people, and made for social media (max. 3 minutes, entered via Instagram or TikTok). Films submitted to Dance Digital 2026 cannot be resubmitted.
