The Copenhagen Architecture Forum (CAFx) runs the Copenhagen Architecture Biennial. For its 2027 edition, Elements, it seeks a demountable pavilion that first stands in the city's Cultural District and then moves permanently to the Husum Nord neighbourhood.

The selected team receives a DKK 60,000 prize and up to DKK 280,000 towards production (materials, craftsmen, transport, dismantling and rebuilding), plus help with permits, the municipality, landowners, engineers, funding partners and possible workshop access. The pavilion stands at Bertel Thorvaldsens Plads during the Biennial, then moves to a permanent home in Husum Nord.

Architects, designers and students of urban, landscape and building architecture; interdisciplinary teams and individuals welcome, including engineers, artists, designers, scenographers and researchers. At least one member of every proposal must be based in Denmark. The pavilion must respond to the 2027 theme Elements, use recycled, regenerative and reusable materials, be modular and demountable, be built in 4 days and dismantled in 4 days, max 5 × 5 m in plan and 5 m high, comply with Danish Building Regulations BR25 and not have four fully enclosed sides.
