Founded in Buenos Aires in 2014 and running in Bogotá since 2024, the programme has hosted more than 450 artists in total and over 100 in Colombia. Alongside studio work there are visits to museums and public and private collections, artist talks, field trips and group critiques. One full scholarship is awarded for the edition, open to applicants of any nationality.

Open to artists, curators, cultural and social managers, researchers and human-rights practitioners of any nationality, with or without academic training — self-taught, emerging and established alike — working in any medium. The 6th Bogotá edition runs six weeks, four of them working in the network's studios. Incomplete applications are not considered; the committee answers about three weeks after submission.
