The programme
- About the programme
- A highly targeted, fully funded residency specifically engineered for professional artists originating from Georgia, facilitating direct integration into the robust contemporary art ecosystem of the Rhine-Ruhr region.
- What the call offered
- €3,000 scholarship. Comprehensive coverage of round-trip travel costs. Complimentary accommodation. Dedicated artist studio within the Weltkunstzimmer complex. Up to €500 in material support to execute at least one public artistic input or presentation.
- Who could apply
- Professional artists originating from Georgia. Fluency in English. Demonstrated interest in transcultural and interdisciplinary exchange. Artist must spend at least two-thirds of the three-month period in physical residence.
