The programme
- About the programme
- This international student design competition offers a highly specific and politically charged brief, requiring designs to use at least 50% cattle leather as a sustainable by-product.
- What the call offered
- Winning designs are physically recreated for a capsule collection showcased globally. Travel and accommodation to the October 2026 final event are fully covered. This provides unparalleled access to high-end manufacturing and global exposure.
- Who could apply
- This competition is open to students or recent graduates (within one year) who are 18 years or older and not employed full-time in the creative sector. Designs must use at least 50% cattle leather (as a by-product), with the explicit prohibition of fur or exotic skins, leading to automatic disqualification. Entry is free.
- Prize
- Category winners announced on 4 September 2026. The overall title is decided at the Bangkok final in October 2026 and is not named on this page.
