Individuals only — residents and nationals of the participating countries: the Union of the Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles and Mozambique. You must personally prepare and manage the project rather than act as an intermediary, and work in the cultural or artistic sector. Anyone who has already received an ICC grant under any scheme is ineligible, as is anyone with an unclosed previous grant agreement with the Commission or a conflict of interest with its structures.
