European residents. Artists who are already established locally and are fully ready to scale their operations across European borders. 'Emerging' is defined by novelty to international programmers and high potential for international breakthrough, not biological age. Street Art, Architecture, and Painting are explicitly listed as fully eligible artistic fields.
