Grants for artistic development: new audiences through exhibitions, performances, publications or screenings; new skills via conferences, residencies, workshops, fellowships, master classes or apprenticeships; career tools such as marketing, websites, equipment (up to $1,500) and materials. Emerging level $500, professional up to $2,500; grantees generally receive their full request. Accommodations for applying are available.

Artists with a disability (ADA definition), 18+, living in Ohio for a year before the deadline and throughout the grant, who have exhibited, performed or published work in the past three years. Not current students; not for day-to-day business costs, repeats of past projects or out-of-state exhibition travel; Individual Excellence Award recipients (from FY2026) wait five years.
