The Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture's youth programme funds and mentors artists under 40 who have never presented work publicly, so they can stage their debut in Seoul.

Up to KRW 10 million for the debut presentation (own fee up to 20% of the grant), optional presentation space at the Seoul Youth Arts Hub (Gray Hall or White Gallery) in June–July or September–November 2027, compulsory one-to-one mentoring with an expert, project review, capacity-building and promotion.

Young artists or groups aged 39 or under (born on or after 1 January 1987; up to 42 for veterans of mandatory military service) who have never debuted — no public presentation before an audience (school and graduation works do not count) — and want to present their first work publicly and offline in Seoul in 2027. In a group, all members must meet these conditions. Applicants who are not Korean nationals are ineligible unless they hold a valid Korean artist activity certificate (issued by the Korean Artists Welfare Foundation).
