Portland Arts Project Grant 2027 — $1,000 to $10,000 for Portland Artists' Public Projects in Any Discipline

The Portland Arts Project Grant is designed by the Regional Arts & Culture Council with the City of Portland's Office of Arts & Culture, which contracts RACC to administer this longstanding programme for artists and organisations.

Project grants for all creative disciplines — programming, presentations, events, artistic development and the creation of artworks — in two categories: General Fund Project Grants of $1,000 to $5,000 (individual artists, artist teams, arts organisations and businesses with an arts focus; 501(c)(3) status not required) and Arts Access Fund awards of $1,000 to $10,000. In total RACC distributes $1.2 million of City funding; applications are reviewed by Community Reviewers.

Individual artists, artist teams, arts businesses, organisations and applicants with fiscal sponsors who legally reside or are headquartered within the City of Portland service area (physical address, not a P.O. box). Currently enrolled students and organisations receiving Operating Support from the City's Office of Arts & Culture are not eligible. Projects must include opportunities for the public to engage.
