Open to natural or legal persons who do not possess non-profit status, such as associations, foundations, or NGOs. Applicants must possess a legal domicile within the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA). If the applicant lacks a CABA domicile, the proposed project must be executed and exhibited entirely within the geographical limits of the City without exception.
