Y-GOLD (grand prize): certificate and ¥500,000 (one work); Y-SILVER: certificate and ¥200,000 (two works); Y-CRYSTAL (Yamanashi Prefecture Prize, for works that find new value in Yamanashi's nature, history, culture or industry): certificate and ¥500,000 (one work). About eight finalists are announced in late December 2026 and shown in an exhibition from late February 2027, with the awards ceremony in mid-March 2027.

Open regardless of gender, age, nationality, individual or group, professional or amateur; every applicant (every member of a group) must meet the call's conditions. Applicants must live in Japan; those living abroad can take part if they have a partner in Japan for the judging. Minors need their guardian's consent. The sixth edition of the prefecture's programme, meant to promote artists' careers and give them a reason to create in Yamanashi. The number of works per applicant is not limited. Works must be original and open for viewing or running on the web without registration or download (with a password sent through the form for unlisted works) until 31 March 2027, on Windows 10/11 or macOS 15 and later with Edge, Safari or Chrome.
