The Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture's literature strand funds writers in Seoul to publish their first individual book.

Individual writers who live in Seoul or have a record of Seoul-based activity, have no individual book yet, and have a finished manuscript that can be published as a first individual collection within 2027–2028. Writers must show a start of literary activity in the field (newspaper spring contest, literary award, publication in a literary medium, anthology, or — for plays — a first paid public staging). Fields: poetry/sijo, children's poetry, children's and YA fiction, fiction, essay, literary criticism, drama. Applicants who are not Korean nationals are ineligible unless they hold a valid Korean artist activity certificate.
