Creation grant for production and presentation in 2027: Track A KRW 5–20 million, Track B KRW 10–35 million, Track C KRW 15–35 million; eligible costs include fees, production, materials, publication, venue rental and promotion. Expert on-site review with feedback and promotion through the Seoul arts information platform (SPAC).

Visual artists or artist groups who plan to produce and present work in Seoul in 2027; the presentation must take place offline in Seoul and be public. Three career tracks: Track A — within 5 years of the first public presentation (first presentation on or after 1 January 2022; school and graduation shows do not count); Track B — about 6 to 15 years after the first presentation; Track C — about 16 years or more. Traditional crafts apply in the visual field. Applicants who are not Korean nationals are ineligible unless they hold a valid Korean artist activity certificate (issued by the Korean Artists Welfare Foundation). Projects funded by the Ministry of Culture, Arts Council Korea or Seoul City for the same project cannot be selected twice.
