Open to all artists, individually or in collaboration, meeting the call's professional-artist definition (training or apprenticeship, or two years of publicly shared independent work, or peer recognition). Sculptural, social-practice, community-engaged, performative and landscape- or infrastructure-integrated projects; works must be freely accessible and able to remain up to five years.
