4C Cuenca Creators Residency 2027 — Eight Months with Housing, Meals and Studio in Spain for Spanish-Speaking Artists Aged 18 to 30

A funded eight-month residency for young creators from different disciplines, run by the Fundación Antonio Gala in Cuenca.

A stay at the 4C's seat, the Casa de Sebastián de Covarrubias in Cuenca, from 15 April to 15 December 2027 (closed in August) with accommodation and meals, the materials and spaces needed for the work (budget set by the 4C management according to funds), specialised tutors, occasional renowned mentors and meetings with creators of other disciplines. Residents work without teachers and must stay at the centre.

Creators and researchers of any nationality who speak Spanish and are between 18 and 30 years old, both inclusive, on the last day of the call. Fields: narrative, poetry, theatre, musical composition, painting, sculpture, visual arts, architecture and civil engineering for heritage conservation, and historical research on the heritage of Cuenca; each applicant applies to one field only. Twelve places: nine open to Spanish-speaking creators from anywhere and three reserved for people born or resident in Castilla-La Mancha.
