Selected events are featured in the official Liepāja 2027 calendar within the wider (un)rest programme framework — visibility and international context. The side programme does not provide financial support. About 30–40 events planned across the three municipalities.
Eligibility
Any resident of the Republic of Latvia or organisation whose project meets the criteria and can run a publicly accessible cultural or artistic event in Liepāja, South Kurzeme or Kuldīga Municipality during 2027 with the organiser's own resources.
