The Centre de la photographie Genève, a contemporary photography centre that also runs Photobooks Switzerland, offers a yearly mentorship devoted to the photobook. Five mentors from photobook publishing, design and curating each select one project from the applications and follow it for three months. Application and participation are free.

Individual mentoring for a photobook in development by a publishing specialist, in three meetings in person in Geneva or online between November 2026 and January 2027. The 2026 mentors are Ann Griffin, Tiffany Jones, Brian Paul Lamotte, Pablo Lerma and Zhen Shi; each mentor chooses the project they will accompany. All applicants, selected or not, can attend two online group masterclasses in English.

Artists and photographers of any age and nationality, based in any country, including self-taught professionals. The photobook project must be at an advanced stage but not completed, and will not be published before the end of the programme (31.01.2027). Applicants may not be enrolled in another mentoring program or academic course during the mentorship period, must speak fluently at least one of French, English, Italian, Spanish, Catalan, German or Mandarin, and must be available for all three meetings.
