A financial aid of €15,000 for the selected project, paid in two instalments, covering artistic costs (creation and mediation), logistics and technical costs (travel, accommodation, materials) and a public presentation. The partners may also lend technical means, rooms and work spaces. A six-week residency between February and September 2027 ending with a collaborative public presentation.

publicSeo.openCall.eligibility

Artists or groups of artists from any artistic field (street arts, visual arts, circus, in situ installation, digital art, performance; multidisciplinary projects welcome). The project must be created or adapted specifically for the territory, not a simple showing of existing works, and from the application onward must propose a co-construction with one or more local actors outside the cultural field (sports clubs, social centres, care homes, environmental associations, integration organisations). A residency period on site is required. A sole trader's registration number (Siret) and, where relevant, a performing-arts entrepreneur licence are asked for in the file.
