The most accessible and highly adaptive mobility instrument within the cultural sector, designed to facilitate agile, cross-border projects focusing on creation, exploration, learning, or connection. It provides financial support for travel and subsistence, with additional top-ups for sustainable travel and family needs, bypassing traditional bureaucratic hurdles.

Daily subsistence allowance of €85 for project implementation (7-60 days for individuals). Tiered travel allowance (€400 for transits under 5,000 km, €800 for distances exceeding 5,000 km). Supplementary top-ups: €400 for sustainable green mobility, €200 per child (family top-up), €120 for international travel visas. A maximum sixty-day residency yields a foundational baseline of €5,100 in subsistence capital, plus travel and top-ups.

Applicant must be at least eighteen years of age and legally reside within a Creative Europe country (includes Georgia). Mobility must occur in a Creative Europe state other than the applicant's country of residence. Requires a formal invitation from a registered international partner (cultural organization or individual collaborator). Applications accepted from individuals or collaborative groups comprising up to five practitioners.
