publicSeo.openCall.benefits
Four selected motifs are shown for three months each (from mid-February 2027 to February 2028) as full wrap-around posters on Cologne’s 27 Kunstsäulen — well-visible, busy locations in several districts. The city covers printing, posting and upkeep (€3,500 per motif) and pays each selected artist a €600 fee. Designs must work as a 360° motif on columns of varying circumference, from afar and up close, with a short German/English text; printable area 4.76 × 3.36 m (or three 1.19 × 3.36 m posters). Non-Cologne artists may use guest studios at the Neues Kunstforum.
