- $10,000 unrestricted award. Finalists participate in an exhibition in downtown Chicago. Fellows become eligible for additional project grants for up to 10 years.

- Aged 18 to 30. Must live within 150 miles of the Chicago Loop. Enrolled in or completed a degree program/conservatory.
