Strictly limited to artists, curators, photographers, and writers who are citizens AND permanent residents of ASEAN countries or East Timor. Aimed at mid-career artists capable of working autonomously. Projects must interact with the local ecosystem, such as Southeast Asian botany or Malay architecture. Functional knowledge of English is mandatory.
