Two-month accommodation in a historic complex or modern building within a 14-acre botanical garden. Individual studio space, a one-time transport scholarship (300 to 1,200 MYR), access to a library and swimming pool, and weekly transport to the supermarket. Opportunity to hold an Open Studio event.

Strictly limited to artists, curators, photographers, and writers who are citizens AND permanent residents of ASEAN countries or East Timor. Aimed at mid-career artists capable of working autonomously. Projects must interact with the local ecosystem, such as Southeast Asian botany or Malay architecture. Functional knowledge of English is mandatory.
