Open to emerging artists, photographers, curators, and up-and-coming artistic groups seeking to develop new creative activities in the Tokyo art scene. Applicants must be based in Tokyo or demonstrate a strong Tokyo-centric operational plan. Projects must foster community involvement, international collaboration, or new modes of exhibition within the capital.
