Mid-career songwriters and performers who are EU citizens with a valid passport (preferably living in the EU; citizens of EU candidate countries are not eligible), or US citizens living in one of fourteen northeast Ohio counties. Applicants must have released original music, performed at a qualifying music festival or major event in the EU within the past three years, and meet at least 3 recognition criteria (critical acclaim, industry awards, media coverage, audience reception and similar).
